George Floyd Global Memorial (@gfgmemorial) is excited to commemorate a year of community at George Floyd Square and the ways that George Floyd Global Memorial has conserved and preserved this story as a bridge between the community and members of George Floyd's family.

@gfgmemoria will be hosting a free event at 38th and Chicago in Minneapolis, MN on May 25th from 1-9pm. It will recognize the family and friends of George "Perry" Floyd, other Minnesota families impacted by injustice, and the people who have preserved the memorial for 12 months.
