People aspiring to attain doctorates know that they are only partially completed in their work when obtaining their undergraduate degree. However, it is a moment to celebrate and refocus their efforts before continuing on to the next stage of work. Nehemiah celebrated the completion of one major aspect of the rebuilding project and then recalibrated for he next phase of work.

The purpose of this teaching series is to examine the leadership journey of the Old Testament leader Nehemiah, and the exiles, as they rebuilt an urban faith community.
